This is the privacy policy for predict.live — the TikTok channel and the developer application that posts to it.
None directly. Any data about views, likes, comments, follows, or demographic aggregates is collected by TikTok, not by us, and is governed by TikTok's privacy policy. We see only the aggregate analytics TikTok shows us in the creator dashboard.
The predict.live developer app authenticates only against the @predict.live TikTok account (our own). The OAuth access token we receive allows the app to publish videos to that account and nothing else. We don't access or store information about any other TikTok user. The access token is stored locally on the server that runs the publishing pipeline and is never transmitted to third parties.
We read public market data from Polymarket's public API and from public news sources. This data describes markets and events, not individuals.
We use Polymarket's public market data to generate analysis videos. We use our TikTok API access to publish those videos to our own channel. That is the entire data flow.
Scripts and narration are generated using AI tools (large language models and text-to-speech). No user input or personal data is provided to these tools. AI-generated content is disclosed on each post using TikTok's built-in AI-content label.
We do not set cookies, run analytics, or track third-party visitors on this site.
This channel and application are not directed to children under 13. Viewers must comply with TikTok's own age requirements.
We may update this policy as the channel evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this document with a new "Last updated" date.
