These terms govern your use of content published by predict.live — the TikTok channel (@predict.live) and any associated application.

What predict.live is

predict.live is a short-form content channel publishing analysis of public prediction-market data, primarily from Polymarket. Videos are produced using a fully automated pipeline combining public data with AI-generated scripting and narration. AI-generated content is disclosed in each post.

Not financial, investment, or trading advice. Nothing on this channel or site is financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Prediction markets involve real risk of financial loss. Content is published for entertainment and educational purposes only. Do not trade, bet, or make any financial decision based on anything you see here. Accuracy

Market prices change continuously. By the time you watch a video, prices shown may be stale.
AI-generated narration and analysis can contain errors.
We may be wrong about specific predictions or assessments. This is acknowledged on the channel — we publish a "Predict Score" lower-third tracking our calls and a weekly post-mortem on resolved markets.

Treat every claim on this channel as an opinion, not a fact.

Acceptable use

You may watch and share our published videos. You may not:

Re-upload our videos to other platforms without attribution and a link back to the channel.
Use our content to train machine learning models without permission.
Use our content in any way that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or applicable law.

We reference public market data and public news. We do not own that data and make no claims about it. Trademarks and names referenced (Polymarket, Bitcoin, MicroStrategy, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
